Microsoft Diversity Efforts Analysis

One company that has received attention for its efforts related to diversity, fairness, and respect is Microsoft. According to a 2019 article published in the Harvard Business Review, Microsoft has made significant progress in increasing the diversity of its workforce in recent years (Kohli & Sandberg, 2019).
