Internal Control – SAP

Exercise on internal control using SAP software. You should select at least 5 job descriptions in the company, from the company you used in the second paper, that would use the SAP software.

Describe the job, which modules the job will use and why they should have access to the module and why they would not have access to the other modules. (at least 5 job descriptions will receive an average grade.

The more job descriptions, the better the grade) Look in the modules and you will find the employee that is involved in each module. Use this information to make decisions about the job descriptions.

Be sure to research the job description and describe what the job entails. This does NOT have to be in the research paper format. Simply tell me the name of your company, list the job (with the description) and the title of the employee who would be responsible for the job. Then list the SAP modules that the employee would have access to and why they would not have access to other modules. For instance:

Recruiting officer: Human Capital Management module – this person is responsible for finding the right employee for the job opening, interviewing the employee and helping in the hiring process, this person would use create position, define requirements, hire employee, post job advertisements, prepare hiring, and hire the applicant. They would not need access to the financial module, materials management, or sales and distribution because they are not involved in the production of any product.
