The interconnectedness of events, context diagrams, use case diagrams, is evident. The arrow that connects the old state with the new is an example of an event. Context diagrams provide a high-level view of the system and its environment by illustrating external entities, data stores and main flows between the system and these entities (Hans & Pujari, 2017). Utilize case diagrams show the interaction between different actors with the system through use cases and user stories.   By connecting events, context diagrams and use cases, a system can become increasingly easier to understand (Lee & Blazewicz, 2020). A change can occur in a system when it is not expected. This can then be analysed using context diagrams that help identify the roles and relevant actors. These context diagrams are useful for determining the interaction between external actors and the system. This can be represented as use case diagrams.
