In accordance with the APA guidelines, the goal and objectives of a project must be established. The purpose of this project is to create policies and procedures to support the new virtual team concept. It also presents recommendations to the leadership. This project has the goal to develop a plan that will allow for successful implementation of virtual teams. It is my job as the leader of the team to give tasks to the members and make sure that they are completed on time and efficiently. In order to do this I’d set clear expectations for my team. As an example, I’d expect members of the team to communicate effectively and collaborate, as well as meet deadlines. They are essential for the success and well-being of the project.
