Analyzing the decision problem

Review this week’s readings attached and links:

Read the following case study attached: Using Exploratory Data Analysis to Improve the Fresh Foods Ordering Process in Retail Stores

Create a 4 to 5 page report (approximately 1200 to 1500 words) that addresses the case study and includes the following:

Define the problem presented in the case study and identify the expected outcome or any defined objectives.

Explain how the problem was addressed, did you recogize any formal problem solving processes?

Explain what formal decision making process you think they may have used in this cases study and decribe it.

Identify the decisions made and if any alternative decisions were identified. If no alternatives were mentioned in the case study, then brainstorm a few alternative ideas you feel may have been appropriate.

Evaluate the final solution, was it effective?

Conclude your paper with your biggest take away related to the problem-solving processes. Can the same processes used be used in other situations? Explain.
