Review the Articles provided below.  Choose two (2) of the articles that address two different functional area of HRM.

Prepare a brief summary of each of the 2 chosen articles (max 250 words).  It has to be a concise critical commentary on the article. It is not just a regurgitation of the article.  (This is very challenging to do, it is not an easy assignment).

In your own words, provide a summary of the major points that are made in the article.  If using definitions or terms from the article, be sure to reference the authors of the article directly using Georgian Colleges approved APA format.

A copy of the summary needs to be submitted in a word document with the title, author and source of the article identified in sub-titles.

Once you have completed the professional summary of the article; you need to complete a one-page reflection of your learning related to the topic.  Again, you should be expanding your knowledge of HR from this assignment, do not just state what was in the article, you have done that in the article summary.  In the learning summary you explain:

What have you learned about the topic?

How has this learning been valuable to your understanding of HR?

What has it made you think about in the field of HR?
