Cloud Computing, Client/Server and Three-Tiered Client/Server in Computing Architecture   Cloud Computing is a type of distributed computing architecture, where computing resources are accessed from a remote server over the internet. It’s flexible and can scale up or down as needed (Baccin 2018).  The Client/Server Architecture is distributed computing architecture in which the terminal-client requires services from the host-server. Such an architecture follows a client-server computation model, which enables the client to access services(Chandrasekaran, 2020).  Three-Tiered Client/Server architecture works with distributed clients and servers. The data is kept on the server. This architecture divides the modules into three different logical tiers, client tier; middle tier; and server tier. The client layer provides the user interface. Middle tier functions as an application layer. Server tier manages data and database.  Cloud Computing, Client/Server, and Three-Tiered Client/Server all play important roles in computing architecture.
