Think Like An Interviewer
Interviewing success is related to many factors. In this week’s lecture materials we discussed different formats, tips and techniques.
Review your self assessment results from earlier in the course. Based on your individual results, discuss how you will be best suited for an individual interview, a group interview, and a career fair.
Rate yourself on a scale of 1(bad) – 5(excellent) as an interviee. What can you do to improve your interviewing skills? Identify one interview improvement goal to your OLT. Make sure it is SMART (Hint: module 1).
Refer to the list of illegal questions in this week’s lecture materials. Select one and develop your answer. OLT peers, give some good feedback here!
