The change initiative being implemented in the workplace introduces a hybrid model in the workplace. Offices are not what they used to be before the Covid-19 pandemic. This model will allow face-to-face collaboration at work as well as remote working. In this model, the employee will be more flexible and will be able to work when they feel most productive.
