ElectroMyCycle appears to be experiencing challenges both from its internal and external environment. Their competitors have become more aggressive, and are engaging in different strategies to steal their business. (Joshi & Chaturvedi 2021). Their market visibility and presence is very limited (Kumar & Srinivasan 2015). Internally, there are a few incompetent resources and inefficient processes that the company is unable to match their competition (Yadav, Rao, 2021). Additionally, the company’s lack of proper investment in research and development (R&D) and marketing campaigns has been a major impediment to their growth and success (Sharma and Mehra, 2019). Their future prospects are also being affected by their lack of operational agility and slow decision making processes (Anand & Aggarwal 2018, 2018).
