A Guide to Preparing for Site Visit

Although the impending visit to the site has caused a lot of anxiety within the staff, it is possible for them to be prepared with some planning. As the Director, I have scheduled meetings to focus on what to expect from the visit and invited all key stakeholders to ensure that they are prepared and to answer any concerns (St. Clair & Sutherland, 2019). A plan was developed to coordinate site visits, and the QIP has been updated to reflect improvements to the outdoor play space. (Roth 2017). Since the beginning of 2017, the QIP has been updated to reflect the current practice and be used as a guide for improvement.
